Important information for all distribution partners of eXess concerning business activities of Mr. Stephan Schlosser, Exess Produktions AG, Exess Holding AG und Exess Lizenz AG

Following the arbitration award of June 2006, eXess wish to announce and disclose the following:

1.      Stephan Schlosser and Exess Produktions AG, Switzerland, acknowledge the termination of the licence agreements between eXess Engineering GmbH, Austria, and Stephan Schlosser and Exess Produktions AG, Switzerland, respectively as of 2002/2004. Thus, Stephan Schlosser and Exess Produktions AG, Switzerland, cannot derive any rights (in particular any distribution rights) of said licence agreements.

2.      Stephan Schlosser and Exess Produktion Produktions AG, Switzerland, are inter alia bound to immediately cease to hold themselves out as licensee of eXess and immediately cease to use, directly or indirectly, in any matter whatsoever the Trademark "eXess" or the correspondent Technology.

3.      Stephan Schlosser is obliged to notify Exess Holding AG, Switzerland, and Exess Lizenz AG, Switzerland, of the above mentioned facts. Exess Holding AG, Switzerland, and Exess Lizenz AG, Switzerland, do not hold any licence or distribution rights with regard to eXess.
